Unfortunately, to have access to the Casualty & Theft form 4684 you would need to upgrade to Deluxe. This deduction has changed this year with the new tax laws.

For tax years 2018 through 2025, the  Tax Act has suspended the itemized deduction for personal casualty and theft losses. There are some exceptions. If your home or property was destroyed by a natural disaster within an area the president has declared to be a disaster area and you have a casualty loss, you are able to deduct the loss.
