If I owe taxes due to employment will I receive what I paid later on?

To clarify, if you are wondering if you will receive any refund of tax that was withheld, it would have been included in the overall result, lowering the tax to reduce any amount you might owe.  First the tax is calculated then it is reduced for any tax you already paid through withholding.
