I'm almost finished with my Federal and CA tax filing. When TT does the review, it finds an error under the "State" section saying that Federal Tax Forms are not yet ready. Specifically, this is form 2106 (Employee Business Expense). I'm attaching a screenshot of the error.
Given that for 2018 taxes you cannot file a 2106 any longer, I'm confused why this is coming up. Yes, I did input Employee Business Expenses in order to ensure that if there are any deductions for CA, I would get those.
