Under review your 1099-R info, I click on Review for DFAS and only financial institutions pop up. Why

Sounds like you are on the first page for 1099R.  Scroll down and see if it says something like...Change How I enter my Form.  Then on the next screen pick - I'll Type it in Myself

You should get to a box listing your 1099Rs.  You can edit it there.  IMPORTANT:
If you edit or review a 1099R it does not keep your answers from before but resets them to the defaults. Then you have to go through and answer them all again. So be sure to go all the way to the end of the 1099R section. They are right unless you go back.
