Under my income summary, the dividend total reads $81,381, but I haven't started to enter my 1099-DIV's yet. How do I zero out the $81,381 figure?

Please select update next to the dividends number and go through your entries for errors.  Perhaps this figure represents income that should be reported elsewhere in TurboTax.

Please help me! FOUR times now I have had to CLEAR AND START OVER my 2016 tax return. Each time I start answering REVIEW, Turbotax adds about $80,000 to dividends at the income window and I owe Uncle Sam $22K instead of 3K refund. When I drill back down to the dividend worksheet, everything is normal. Now I can't go backward because I paid the TurboTax fee. To complete the filing, I would owe $22K.

I can't go back because this happened while going thru review AFTER I paid the Premier TurboTax fee. TurboTax does not allow the "clear and start over" option after the fee is paid. How do I speak with a live person?

Please make sure you're not looking at the column for your 2015 dividends.

No, I'm looking 2016 dividends. Please, if I can't zero out the $81,381 in the dividends summary, can I start my turbotax from scratch?
