Did you import your W-2 from your employer? Sometimes, box 14 entries of imported W-2's will get filled in, but the categories need to be selected. Please select box 14 categories. Once that is complete, your W-2 should pass review.
If this does not work, then please delete the imported W-2 and re-enter manually.
@scourtney22 I've been told today that this issue has been resolved. If you're using TurboTax Online, you should be able to get past this now.
If you're using TurboTax Desktop (CD/Download), please follow these directions:
Go into the W-2 section and delete the W-2 that says "Needs Review".
Once that's deleted, enter your W-2 information manually EXACTLY as it appears on your tax document.
