Unable to transfer 2023 to 2024

I used Turbo Tax Deluxe for Desktop last year and using same this year.  I was able to load mine, but when I tried to load my daughter and son-in-laws -- basically got nothing.  It appeared to be thinking about it for a few seconds then received an error message.  This will be the last time I use this product if not corrected.

Any one have answers??
