In past years, I received a mailed copy of persoanl and Business versions. I loaded each version into a separate program file and had no problems. For the 2025 version, I had to use download. When I downloaded the two versions both installed programs went into the same program file folder. I have had no problem with personal but I cannot launch business and there is no shortcut to launch it. So, I need to do 7004s this week and cannot get into the software to do so.

Use settings or control panel to uninstall Business. Then sign in to TurboTax an reinstall it in a different folder. There is no charge for extra copies. In the future don't buy and download both at the same time.

This may be connected to another bug I discovered when both personal and business products are on the same computer.
Each time you close the program it saves a file on your computer. You can reopen TurboTax either using the icon on your desktop, or by clicking the saved file. But if both personal and business are installed, clicking on the personal file always opens the business version. Even though the programs are in different folders. Therefore I always have to open the personal program from the icon. (Windows version).
I'vereported this several times but it's never been corrected.
When I went to uninstall Turbotax Business... it was not there. know I downloaded it but the install must have failed. I went out to the downloads and it would not download it again. I had the purchase information and download code but it simply said nothing there to download.
So, I am stuck.
Hi Mark, It looks like you may need TurboTax telephone help. But 1st make sure that the program isn't somewhere on your computer. In Windows Explorer, go to OS (C), and look in both Program Files, and Program Files (x8). also try in Users/your name, etc. Also try the search function in OS (C:), typing in: TurboTax exactly.
The best way to get telephone help with the least amount of waiting is to call very early in the morning or very late at night. the number is on this page: Center https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/
If you can respond to the prompt with a case number you will get through faster. I once found a way to get a case number through the help link in the program, bur can't find it now.
