I can see 1099 being available in my robinhood account
but TurboTax is refusing to even attempt to import from Robinhood.
Why would Turbotax behave like all knowing, when it does not do what it is supposed to do?
This is beyond annoying.

Brokerages set the dates they have these datasets available it's not up to Turbotax, they are all different, and these import services come later than the 1099 PDFs. Robinhood is one of the later dates across the major brokerages, so complain to them; meanwhile wait 2 days.
I expect TurboTax atleast have a way to override and attempt import.
Unless the brokers explicitly refuse data import before relase date, TT has no reason to attempt import.
Exactly, there's no reason why TurboTax should be this buggy. I'm able to upload my Robinhood 1099 PDF into FreeTaxUSA and it's able to process it just fine. TurboTax immediately rejects PDF upload for me. Quite ridiculous considering how much money this software costs.
It's Feb16th, was able to connect but can't find the document even though I can download from robinhood
