Tried to import my wife's Vanguard broker statement. Received message -Primary owner must be logged in to import this data. What do I have to do to import her information?

Nope. Logging into their site while in TurboTax does not fix this error
When you have an issue importing information from a broker, often the problem lies with the broker's computer system. TurboTax can only contact the broker electronically and request the information be made available for download to our servers. If the broker will not allow that to be done, then there is nothing TurboTax can do the remedy the situation.
If you are unable to download the information, your best alternative is to enter it manually.
I'm having the same problem with Vanguard for Turbotax 2020. Last year it downloaded fine in Turbotax.
