Unable to file taxes online due to site giving me infinite loading page

This has literally what I've been staring at for nearly the last 30mins. can someone explain to me what's going on? and DO NOT ask me to clear my cache and/or cookies or reboot my pc, i've already done ALL OF THAT.(Not that I thought it would fix the problem anyways...)

Not sure what is going on......but since the IRS is not accepting returns until February 12, there is no rush to e-file today.  You might need customer support.

To call TurboTax customer support

They are available from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time  Monday-Friday

I just signed onto my online test account and it was less than 5 seconds from sign on to accessing the online tax return.

Why not close all your open windows and then access the TurboTax website again - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

If you run into the same problem, change your web browser to either Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Windows  Edge (whichever one you are not now using)

Then contact TurboTax support as suggested.

I thought for a minute that it might be a problem with "US-East-2"  (naively thinking that's the server being used)

But that's what I go thru too, with my login (and Chrome), and it logs on right away.

So still a puzzle, unless it's some aggressively set firewall thing on the personal computer.
