Unable to file Tax return

When I enter my payment information (step 2) (I've tried, direct deposit, credit card and mail by check), and then hit continue it returns me back to the start of that step 2. The software never allows me to go to step 3 and actually file my return(s).

I tried TurboTax live and they were stumped too.

Any ideas are welcome.

Try disabling your main internet browsers pop up blocker before getting to the payment page.
