Unable to file California tax because of 3804-CR

I  am trying to efile my California tax return.  But the program is saying i have to have form 3804-CR.  What is this and how can I finish my taxes?

To delete in desktop click here.

To delete in TurboTax Online open your return and click pick up where I left off and continue. the return should now open and have a left hand menu with Tax Tools>Tools>Delete a form>Delete a state form CR-3804, confirm. And review your state return again for errors.

Pass-Through Entity Elective Tax Credit A qualifying PTE is an entity taxed as a partnership or S corporation.

If this does not apply to you, follow @ee-ea instructions to delete the form. It if does apply to you, the form will be ready on 01/26/2023. 

To delete in desktop, Go to Forms mode on upper right hand side, click forms, click Form 3804-CR, then delete form. Again check for errors.
