The license code online does not match the 2020 format

the formats for 2019 and 2020 are different. the online still shows the 2019 format xxxx-xxxxx instead of xxxx-xxxx

The license code online does not match the 2020 format

The license code for 2019 was a 14 digit number; for 2020 software it has 16 digits.

The license code online does not match the 2020 format

In activation mode, I was only able to enter 4 digits. I started looking for help and came back and was able to enter 4 more digits. It will not let me enter the entire code.
