Unable to enter account details on Form 8938 in Home and Business 2025 on Windows 11

I jump to form 8938, answer Y when asked about foreign account,  answer Y to the threshold questions but the question and answer never gives me the "Add Account" button as it did in previous years same version

Instead of using the "jump to" link: 

1. Go to federal>other tax situations
2. Go to Other Tax Forms>Miscellaneous tax forms
3. Prepare a report on Foreign Assets
4. It will ask if you have any foreign assets and if you live in a foreign country on the first screen
5. Then it will start asking for qualifying information on the threshold amounts of your Foreign Accounts.
6. Now you should begin reporting the details of your foreign accounts.

I resolved my issue:

The issue was that I had forgotten to check the FATCA reporting checkboxes on my foreign bank 1099-INTs.

When I checked the boxes, it took allowed me to jump to the 8938 and enter the account details.
