Unable to Edit Incorrect Addresses in Uploaded 1099 Form During Final Review

When I reached the final review step, I noticed that the Payer's address and Recipient's address in my 1099 form are incorrect, but I am unable to edit them. I had uploaded this form earlier, and during the input process, I was only asked to enter the ID and amount—I was never prompted to enter the addresses. I don’t know why the addresses are incorrect in the review step. I have tried multiple ways to fix this, but nothing seems to work. How can I correct this? Thank you!
