thanks but it did not help. i was on call with turbo tax customer service for 2 hours but it does not seem like they have no idea. this is frustrating. product says i need to buy state but it does not let me buy.
Try performing a Manual Update.
I actually had something similar happen last evening, and I closed the Billing window, went BACK to the prior screen in the program, then again tried to purchase the state, and it worked.
Sometimes these errors are temporary, and resolve themselves after a bit.
thanks. I have done what you mentioned several times along with complete reinstallation of product and still no luck. It is frustrating that turbo tax customer service are unable to figure out. most of the customer service people have no idea on how to fix it.
Were you able to download your state forms? I was also having trouble as TT kept asking for a keychain password. After multiple attempts and searches I tries pausing my VPN (SurfShark). Then my state forms were successfully downloaded!
