Unable to amend 2019 state returns downloads but want let me open. Windows 10 will not open the file with product choice provided

@doct3 are you confident your state will accept an amendment from 2019?  it this was a federal amendment any claim for a refund would be denied as it is past the 3 year claim window.

The 2019 program must be updated however support for the 2019 program is no longer available so I highly doubt the program will ever be functional at this late date.
