Unable to add Social Secuirty Income 2023

I am trying to get a head start on my returns for 2023.  I am using TurboTax desktop.  When I select update Social Security it only displays headings the rest of the page is blank.  This has not happened before so is something broken?

Did you use this procedure to enter the Social Security income received in 2023 -

To enter Social Security benefits reported on form SSA-1099

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Wages and Income (Personal Income using Home and Business)
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
On Social Security (SSA-1099, RRB-1099), click the start or update button

If you used this procedure and are seeing a blank screen for entering the SS income and you are using the TurboTax 2023 desktop editions for Windows, try this - 

Save the tax return and then close the TurboTax program

Right click on the TurboTax desktop icon

Click on Properties

Click on the Compatibility tab

Check the box Run this program as an administrator

Click on Apply and OK

Start the TurboTax program and see if the problem persists

Thanks, changing the properties solved the problem.
