Unable to access 2024 returns on my laptop

I downloaded 2024 TurboTax to complete my tax return and that of family members.  I have never had any issues with TurboTax until recently.  

Now I can no longer access the returns and have to sign into my TurboTax account online and not returns show, the laptop I used to prepare 2024 returns has Windows 10.  

I downloaded TurboTax 2024 to my desktop and thought I could with the use of a scandisk move the 2024 returns to the desktop, this was unsuccessful.

Please give me advise on how I can access the 2024 returns and have them transferred to the desktop which has Windows 11.
