UN employee wife

I have a client who is a foreign citizen working in the United States for the United Nations. his wife works and received wages not from the United Nations. Does she have to file a tax return. If so does she file jointly?

TurboTax cannot be used by someone who is not a U.S. citizen or resident alien. Someone who is not a U.S. citizen or resident alien, but is required to file a U.S. tax return, has to file Form 1040NR, which TurboTax does not support.
