ADP W2 was issued after the final pay on December 27, 2024. But then the company paid out all employees PTO for 2024 and ADP issues another W2 for total higher amount that includes PTO. Should the second W2 be W2-C correction or is it OK to have the second for higher amount and the higher amount should be used,. What IRS will do with the fist and second W2? ADP claims no W2-C is needed and we should simply disregard the first W2 for the lower amount? Will ITS not combine both W2s?

Enter only the arcuate W-2.
I assume ADP voided the first batch, so they needn't file W-2C.
