Two family household filling seprate could one of the famllies get in trouble or get there disabillty check cancelled if the other family gets a refund

I'm living with my in laws i use there address to file my taxes. My father in law gets disability checks. Will my tax refund interfere with his check or get audit?

As long as the returns are separate (and no one is claiming the same dependents) AND only one person is filing as head of household for the address, no one should have a problem.
