?Twice I have called turbotax, and consultants have not been able to resolve a Turbotax-caused issue. What are other ways to get this resolved?

I got a letter from Turbotax admitting that their software had made an error in my "2023 Colorado Underpayment of Estimated Taxes Calculation". The instructions to fix the issue with an amended return were useless and unusable. I have now called the help line twice, and two different consultants were unable to resolve the issue(which could mean I am due several hundred dollars). I bought the extra audit protection in 2023, but that apparently doesn't cover this error in the software. I was promised an email link by one of the consultants to help fix the issue, but no email was sent. Help!
