As title, I wait for 10+ minutes and only be dropped off. I clicked on somewhere wrong when I started the tax and they now want to to clear everything before I can remove LIVE service. And I don't have time for that.
TurboTax representatives please refund me the LIVE service fee! I hope someone can contact me directly.
