I'm all ready to efile IL state taxes and get to the screen that tells me it will cost $25 (and asks whether I want Audit Defender for the 6th time.) I hit continue and it says "We'll save your return before continuing. Come back to Turbo Tax to finish your return." When I push OK, it comes back with "It looks like we've hit a little snag." At that point TT says "Your payment didn't go through." Of course it didn't go through, it never asked for a credit card number! I've restarted TT, rebooted the computer, still get that message, and it still doesn't ask for a payment method. I'm doing two returns and it doesn't work on either of them, so it's not something specific to a return. The help desk wasn't helpful. Anyone else with this problem? Any possible solution?
