Turbotax will not get past the file by mail amended return

I'm trying to print my amended return I click on File by mail option, next screen it says I can't file E-file an amended return and to go back and select File by mail which is what I am selecting.  Stuck in a stupid loop and can't get past it.  Turbotax Deluxe 2019 for Win 7

Such a lame product..looks like they never tested amended return filing.

Have you updated the software to the latest release?

Click on Online at the top of the desktop program screen.  Click on Check for Updates.

When you are in the File section, can you click on Print/Save for Your Records and then click on Print?

Yes, it auto updates every time I start the program most recent update was yesterday 9/24/2020.  Yes, thank you for the tip I went ahead and printed it this way...
