Turbotax will not allow me to change my credit card, only update the expiration date/CW. Where do I change my payment CC?

To change your payment credit card in TurboTax before filing, depending on what version of TurboTax you are using, you can try the steps listed below. But first try:

• Logging out and back in to force a refresh. 
• Clearing your browser's cache and cookies. Click here for How to clear your cache. Click here for How do I delete cookies?
• Try using a different Web browser

If that does not resolve the issue, you can try the steps below:

1. Go to the  the File section in TurboTax, then
2.  Proceed to step 2 Your refund/payment info, and 
3. Update your billing information

Or you can:

1. Sign in to your Intuit Account, then
2. Navigate to Payment Methods, and 
3. Select Edit to update your card.

Or try:

1. With your return open, 
2. Select File from the side menu and 
3. Proceed to the Just a few steps left screen.
4. On this screen, select Start here or Revisit for the first step.
5. Choose Select Payment Method on the next screen, and then 
6. Enter your payment method there.

I have, or more correctly have tried to, follow your instructions, but when I get to the button where I should Remove the card, it is greyed out, and I cannot continue.

I have also added my new credit card info, and all I want to do is make it the default or else erase the current (incorrect) default card. This should not be hard to do,  but I cannot figure out how :(
