While the federal itemized deduction floor for the medical expense deduction is currently 7.5%, the floor for Wisconsin itemized deductions is 10%.  Please see “Medical Expense Itemized Deduction Floor” on page 13 of Instructions for Completing Wisconsin Schedule I – 2017, revised February 16th, 2018.
