When trying to open Turbotax 2025 for the desktop I am prompted to enter my username, I can enter it and the next page says "We need to confirm you are not a robot". While this works in the browser, the desktop product does not work at all.
I have completed the not a robot checks at least 14 times and it just restarts them or says "Try again" in a red font.
Is there not a more intelligent way for this software to work? What are people doing that get stuck at step 0 of using turbotax.

As an update to anyone else dealing with this, I just tried the same "Not a robot" test at least 20 more times, got frustrated and intentionally answered wrong, opened the program again later and was not able to get in, then third time it worked after a little as 12 answers.
Such technology.
The same robot check in the edge web browser works flawlessly by answering 1 question. I think the issue is that this bot check is Google's product and I am guessing it sees the Turbotax product as a new browser with browser specs it finds suspicious.
