TurboTax Support for 2022 Software Download

Does Intuit care to support prior year software download. All the instructions failed. I went to installturbotax.com, signed into my account, 2022 state installer is there but not 2022 federal installer for TurboTax Premier. My old computer failed. I have the CD and license code. The new laptop doesn't have the CD slot. Online support gave 2 options: ask the community or call. The machine customer service and AI Chat don't understand anything besides issues related to current year tax return, which I don't need.
