TurboTax states that "Your Alabama return(s) is currently unavailable to view, print, or download because some of the forms haven't been finalized yet. What gives?

I was able to complete my state taxes and e-file them without issue. When doing so, TurboTax indicated that all forms were downloaded for Alabama. When I attempt to use "Notify me when my forms are ready", the website indicates there are no options selected for notification and rejects the request.

This is true, not all forms are available. The main worksheet is not yet official but your return must contain forms that are finalized. AL has most forms approved but not all. This form can't really be signed up for and will wait on others to finalize. You can check Tax form availability .

You may check the forms availability list that was provided in the previous response. Select Alabama from the agency drop down box.
