Have you tried deleting the form?  See the following on how to delete a form, choose the instructions for the version you are using.

Here's how to delete forms in TurboTax Online:

1.    Open your return, if it's not already open.

2.    In the lower left  corner, click  Tools.

3.    In the pop-up window, select Delete a form.

4.    Click Delete next to the form or schedule and follow the instructions to remove the form/schedule.

To edit the amount that you entered:

In your TurboTax Return,

• Go To Your income and expenses
• Scroll to Unemployment and click the Edit or Revisit button to edit your information

If you are unable to edit the form, you can delete it and re-enter:

To delete a form In TurboTax Online, here's the general procedure for viewing a list of all the forms in your return and deleting unwanted forms, schedules, and worksheets in TurboTax Online:

1. Sign in to TurboTax and open your return by selecting Continue or Pick up where you left off
2. In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools
3. In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form
4. Select Delete next to the form, schedule, and worksheet in the list and follow the instructions
