TurboTax sent an email stating it was rejected with code IND-031-04. When I followed up at TurboTax on line - it said my return's status was OK. What do I need to do?

The OK means that your return was prepared correctly.

The rejection code IND-031–04 means the adjusted gross income (AGI) or Self-Select PIN from your last year's return does not match IRS database. 

You must correct the AGI/PIN and resubmit.

How do I fix e-file reject IND-031-04 or IND-032-04?

I am receiving the same error code for my son's federal filing. I double checked last year's line 11 AGI and the 5-digit pin. It appears my credit card was already charged for the tax due.

I've tried 3 times with the same error.

Any suggestions?
