You should delete all the W2 that transferred over and enter them as new when you get your W2s in January.
Thanks. But now I can't trust anything they've done which means TurboTax has lost credibility in handling my taxes. Frustrating.
Did you transfer from the right account? Maybe you have another account? It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

And if it transferred over wrong I would go back and double check your 2019 return. Maybe a W2 was entered under the wrong name then too. And maybe from before then. That has been a problem. Usually gets noticed if Turbo Tax gives you the excess Social Security Credit for paying in more than the max. Check 2019 line 18d (from Schedule 3 line 11).
It may not have been your situation.....but....switched persons belonging to W-2 forms can also happen if the couple changes the order in which the taxpayer and spouse are listed on the Personal Info (or My Info ) page when there is an existing W-2 form in their file.
Changing the order of Taxpayer and spouse is not recommended since it can can also affect other forms too, unless the user rigorously removes all transferred, or currently entered forms to clear them out and restart all of them from scratch. (the IRS prefers that couples should not change the listing order of the spouses in their tax returns too.....it can result in significant delays in processing)
