TurboTax says I have a 1099-MISC, but I have a 1099-NEC. Can't get through Review

I have a 1099-NEC. It's listed under "Self-Employment Income and expenses." It's exactly the same as last year, but this year, I try to review and file, it keeps saying the amount entered there is "rental income" from a 1099-MISC, but it isn't. I do not have a 1099-MISC, I've never gotten one in 10 years, and I have no rental income. I can't get through the review and file process because of this.

Delete the Form 1099-MISC

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Tools

Click on Delete a form
