TurboTax says $1950. The IRS accept it until they pay me 550 and say this is all you get. What is going on

It sounds like your refund was reduced by $1400.   That is the amount of the 3rd stimulus.   Did you say by mistake that you did not receive that $1400?  Did you really get a $1400 check last year?   If so, what happened is the IRS corrected your mistake and took away the $1400 because you cannot get it twice.

I got two checks in 2020, and zero in 2021.

if your check was lost, damaged or stolen you have to request a replacement outside of your tax return.
