I followed the prompts to download my 1099 tax info from Fidelity. All seemed to go well. I successfully logged into Fidelity and I got a screen with the message “Success! We got your tax data. You can now return to Turbotax.” But when I returned to TurboTax, nothing had changed.
Attempt 1: The first time I did this I declined to give TurboTax requested permissions on a Windows 11 screen that popped up after I received the “Success” message. (The permissions seemed ominous and unnecessary since I Turbotax told me it had my 1099 data.)
Attempt 2: After the first try, I exited Turbotax without saving the data file so I could try again fresh with the intention of approving the requested permissions. I got the same result except a Windows 11 screen did not appear asking me to approve permissions.
Attempt 3: I exited Turbotax again without saving the data file and tried again after restarting Turbotax as an Administrator. Same result is in Attempt 2.
Guidance would be appreciated.
BTW, I have a CSV file version of my Fidelity Consolidated 1099, it there is a way to import that into Turbotax.

Thank you, that solves my problem.
Still does NOT work for Schwab! 24Feb2026
Show successful page but ZERO dollars in the return.
Needs fix now.
Some have received a message from Charles Schwab saying downloads would be enabled on Feb 27th.
If you received a "Success" message but your data hasn't appeared in TurboTax, it is likely due to recent browser security updates regarding Local Network Access.
To fix this you need to allow TurboTax to securely retrieve your data through your browser settings:
If permissions aren't the issue, one of the following factors may be at play:

@rkunishige just try Schwab again today, multiple users reporting it's working today. Schwab had to reissue 1099s and I see message from them that 1099s are ready for import into tax software as of 2/25.
I changed the local network settings to on while downloading from Raymond James. It shows that change. It goes back to same screen with no changes. Any other ideas?
I had the same problem with Chrome, but download works with FireFox
