turbotax said eletronic filing center is closed for 2024 return on Nov 15, 2025. what option do I have ?

if using Turbotax you have to use the desktop software and print/mail to file.

other services like FreeTaxUSA offer prior year tax prep online and support prior year e-file which is open on the IRS side, just not something Turbotax supports.

Print and mail would be your only option at this point. I am assuming you are using a download product if you are getting that message.  If you are trying to file a 2024 return, you will need to print and mail your return to the IRS and state agencies.  You can do this by selecting print instead of e-file when you are walking through the filing section of TurboTax.  There will be instructions that print out with your return on where to mail your returns to.

You can only e-file the current year tax returns, so as of now, you can only e-file the 2025 returns. 

Note:  there is not an online version available for past years.
