TurboTax's Form K-1 Section D, line E1 does not populate nor does it allow me to enter any amount. How do I get the QBI deduction?

That amount comes from the Section 199A income Code in 1065 K-1 Box 20 Code Z or 1120S K-1 Box 17 Code V, so be sure you have entered all the Sec 199A Code items there.

Also, the Yes box in Section D line A must be checked. That should already be checked for you if there is 199A income.
