Turbotax representatives have confirmed that they have a problem in their system with how it handles form 1116, so IRS rejects it. Anyone know when it will be fixed?

What has worked for some users is changing 1/231/20 to 12/31/2020.  

TurboTax is investigating this issue with Form 1116

This has worked for some users: Their date was entered as various or as 12/31/20 and changing it to 12/31/2020 has allowed them to file.  It has not worked for others.

TurboTax is investigating this issue with Form 1116.   We do not yet have a date for when it will be fixed.

Call in for a refund.  When you fill out the from use the word BILLING ISSUES instead of the word “refund.”
