Turbotax primer does not allow me to enter estimated federal tax paid

To enter your estimated federal tax paid in TurboTax Premier follow these steps:

Select Deduction & Credits tab select I'll choose what I work on then scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid then select visit all on the line Estimated taxes, sales tax for items like cars.

Follow the program prompts to the page Estimates and Other Taxes Paid Select visit all/update on the Estimated Tax payments follow the program prompts to the page How much did you pay in federal estimated taxes.  Enter your estimated taxes on this page.

This happen to me today, 01/25/2020, using the deluxe edition.  Accepts 2019 state estimates but no response trying to enter 2019 federal estimates.

I have entered Estimated taxes to both Deluxe and Premier

After login Go To:

1. Deductions and Credits
2. I'll Chose what I work on
3. Scroll to Estimates and other Taxes paid
4. Select Estimates 
5. Select Federal estimated taxes for 2019
6. Answer YES to Did you pay Federal Estimated taxes for 2019
7. Post the quarterly payments
