TurboTax presented me with an "Answer to review." It says that Form 8960 could not be calculated, and cited "Reference code: 0-786-942." How do I resolve this?

I'm completing my 2019 return, and this doesn't seem to apply to me. Plus, there is no way to advance in TurboTax for applicable information.
