Turbotax premier reports significantly more total interest than that entered for all 1099-INT forms. From where else could this excess interest be coming?

If you had a K-1, it could be coming from there. Even if you entered your K-1 in the K-1 section, any interest reported there will show up as interest on Schedule B.
