TurboTax desktop app incorrectly points to digital.fidelity.com when attempting to download financial information - e.g. 1099-DIV, 1099-INT, 1099-B, etc. - from Fidelity Investments; the app returns an error message that the user name and password are incorrect. Apparently, Fidelity recently changed their web address from digital.fidelity.com to accounts.fidelity.com. It appears an update to the app needs to be provided to correct this error. Appreciate feedback as to when this will be accomplished. Thank you.

I am also unable to import data from Fidelity Investments through TT Deluxe (Desktop Windows 11 Platform). My experience is a bit different, I am able to enter my user name and PW and it connects to Fidelity and I get a message back from TT saying: "Connection complete! Success! We got your tax data. You can now return to TurboTax.". However, when I go back to TT and look in my imported docs, there is nothing there. I've tried this > 12 times in the last 2+ weeks and get the same results. And I've closed out of TT and gone back in and still nothing. I've been using TT for ~ 20 yrs and have imported data from Fidelity Investments to TT fine, but it's def Not working for 2025. TT: Please fix this bug. Thanks
The import features are an area that the TurboTax developers have been working on a lot. There are also a lot of import features associated with digital assets that are being streamlined. The release date for that update is today, February 12th, although it is probably best to wait and try tomorrow to give the update time to take effect. Hopefully, that will correct any import communication difficulties that you are experiencing, at least on TurboTax's end.
As of 4:44 PM (ET), Saturday 14 February 2026, the error regarding TT pointing to the incorrect Fidelity Investments website to download financial information - e.g. TT points to digital.fidelity.com vice the correct IP address of accounts.fidelity.com - remains. Standing by for further updates to correct. Thanx.

I agree with the other user. Even though TT provided an update that the fix to successfully connect and import from Fidelity Investments would be fixes on 2/12/26, I just tried it again tonight (2/23/26) and it still doesn't import valid 2025 Tax Docs that are available online at Fidelity.com.
And my issue is a bit different from the original issue above. I can connect, log in to Fidelity and TT says it has successfully connected to Fidelity and imported data. But when I go back and look in TT at my import summary there are 0 docs there.
When will this issue be resolved?
This issue should have been fixed with the update that rolled out on February 27th. Please make sure that you restart your computer in order to make sure that your software is as up to date as possible and you should have no further issues with this going forward.
