I don't suppose you shared your credit card info with a friend or relative so that they could file, did you? That's the only other thing that I can think of, other than the possibility that someone you don't know has used your credit card. If this charge is DEFINITELY not yours, you may want to just contact your credit card company first to stop any additional charges.
