I submitted a product refund request using the form provided by TurboTax on July 2nd via email. I received a confirmation via email that the request was received and that a decision would be made within 6 business days. It is now July 16th and I have not received any response despite me sending you a reminder email. I cannot get in touch with a human via your hotline. Please help!!!
