TurboTax not correctly calculating estimated tax payments for 2019?

I made four quarterly tax payments of $1500 during 2018 which was too much because TurboTax says I get a refund of $1530.  My main income is SSA & company pension along with withdrawals from an IRA.  TurboTax is printing on the 1040-ES vouchers for 2019 a quarterly payment of $1627.  This can not be correct.  What do you think is up?
