TurboTax never filed my taxes

Like every year before, I filed my taxes through TurboTax. Same job, same everything. In 2020, when I filed my 2019 taxes through TurboTax, the status states Accepted. 

Received by TurboTax:

Saturday, Mar 21

Received by IRS:

Saturday, Mar 21

Filing status changed to: Accepted

Saturday, Mar 21

Come to find out, the IRS never received my filling from TurboTax. I paid TurboTax to file my taxes and they were never sent in. This ALSO MEANS, I never received any stimulus checks. You are impossible to get ahold of on the phone. I want a refund and I promise I will never be using your services again. -edited-

They were filed and the IRS did accept them. See this:

If it says accepted that means the IRS got it.   They were closed in March for several months and are still behind processing 2019 returns.  But better ask support.  It's uncommon but has happened that Accepted returns get lost.
