Turbotax mysteriously added $1004 dollars to the tax i owe even though the summary sheet shows the correct amount

The attached sheet clearly shows a problem.  The taxes owed jumped up from $1072 to $2076 with no explanation and it doesn't match the tax paid vs tax owed information.

Turbotax somehow added a duplicate 1099-MISC while doing the (not-so) Smart Review.  I was lucky to find the error.
